We believe in solar photovoltaic (PV) technology as the most simple and cost-effective on-peak power solution. We have been developing PV projects since 2002 and, as solar PV becomes less and less expensive, solar PV has become a true force for change in our energy markets. The possibilities for PV will only get more exciting in the years ahead as the market for renewable energies evolves.

We deliver power where it is needed most. In today’s congested electric grid, power generation is best located close to the loads it serves, without the need for transporting that power over long-haul power lines. In utility-scale projects on distribution networks, or ‘behind the meter’ at large customer sites, our projects are able to deliver power quickly to where customers and the utility need it.

We bring experience in a complex and evolving industry. The Axio Power team has managed PV projects through all stages of development, from site control and permitting, to power sale negotiations, financing, construction, and operations. Our team has developed several hundred megawatts of renewable energy projects. This experience helps us to navigate regulatory markets, successfully identify opportunities, finance projects, and get them built.

We believe in the renewable use of land. Axio Power is an industry leader in converting contaminated brownfield and landfill sites into productive renewable energy facilities. Solar is well-suited to these former industrial sites in and near cities and towns. Converting these sites to sources of clean, emissions-free electricity is a way of giving rebirth to these valuable lands. We call it the ‘renewable use of the land’.
